The Program is hosted on Kajabi and may include videos, PDFs, bonuses, live Q&A coaching sessions, community features, and the AI Assistant.

AI Assistant Data

When using the AI Assistant, your text inputs and replies may be logged anonymously for quality assurance.
We cannot identify individual users from these logs.

  • Deliver course materials and live sessions
  • Process payments and provide account support
  • Email you with program updates or upcoming coaching sessions.
  • Improve content based on aggregate feedback and usage patterns.
  • Comply with legal, tax, and security obligations.

4. Payment Processing

All payments are handled securely through Kajabi’s built-in processors, such as Stripe or PayPal.
Your full credit-card number is never stored on our servers.

 

5. AI Assistant Information

The AI Assistant runs on OpenAI’s infrastructure.
 Conversations are processed securely by OpenAI and may be stored in anonymized form to improve system performance.
We also retain anonymous transcripts to monitor accuracy and safety.
Because no identifying data is collected, individual chat logs cannot be linked to or deleted for specific users.

 

6. Email Communication

When you join the Program, you will receive:

  • Transactional emails (e.g., receipts, login details, lesson reminders) — these cannot be unsubscribed from because they are necessary to deliver your purchase.

  • Educational and update emails: You may unsubscribe at any time using the link at the bottom of our emails.

7. How We Share Information

We share limited information only with trusted partners essential to operating the Program:

  • Kajabi (for hosting and site delivery)
  • OpenAI (for AI Assistant processing)
  • Payment processors (for secure transactions)
  • Email providers (for Program communications)

Each partner uses appropriate technical and organizational safeguards.
Data may be processed in the United States or other jurisdictions with comparable protections.

 

8. Data Retention

  • Purchase records and support communications are kept as needed for business and tax purposes.
  • Anonymous AI chat logs and aggregated usage data may be retained indefinitely for educational and system improvement.

9. Children’s Privacy

This Program is designed for adults.
Children under 16 should only participate with parent or guardian supervision.

 

10. Security

We use industry-standard encryption and access controls to protect your information.
While we strive to protect data, no online platform can guarantee 100 percent security.
You use the Program at your own risk.

 

11. Your Rights and Choices

  • You may update or correct your contact information by emailing us.
  • You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time.
  • You may request a copy of personal information we hold (such as billing records) by emailing [email protected].
  • Because AI Assistant logs are anonymous, they cannot be identified or deleted per user.

12. Program Access and Data Retention

You retain lifetime access to the Program materials and 12 months of access to live coaching sessions and the AI Assistant as described in our Terms of Service.
We may retain basic records of your purchase and login activity to maintain that access and confirm eligibility for renewals.

 

13. Cookies and Analytics

Our Kajabi site may use cookies and similar technologies to recognize your browser, analyze traffic, and improve performance.
You can adjust cookie settings in your browser at any time.
By continuing to use our site, you consent to our use of cookies as described here and in our Terms of Service.

 

14. International Data Transfers (optional clause for future sales)

If you access the Program from outside the United States, you understand that your information will be processed in the U.S. and consent to that transfer.
