These Terms govern your purchase and participation in Dr. Ellie’s Gum & Tooth Rebuild Program (“the Program”).

The Program may include:

  • Online video lessons, educational modules, and PDFs
  • Bonus materials and product recommendations
  • Monthly Live Coaching (Q&A) sessions for 12 months
  • Access to the AI Assistant for 12 months
  • Optional community or group features

2. Eligibility and Account

4. Health Disclaimer

Results vary from person to person. The Program shares educational strategies based on Dr. Ellie’s Complete Mouth Care System, but you are solely responsible for how you use the information.

If you have pain, active disease, or specific dental concerns, seek in-person care from your licensed provider.

 

5. License and Access

When you purchase the Program, you receive a personal, limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to view and use the Program materials for your own education.

You agree not to:

  • Share or distribute login details
  • Copy, repost, or sell Program content.
  • Use program materials or AI assistants to create competing products.
  • Record, broadcast, or redistribute live sessions without permission

We may revoke access if these Terms are violated.

 

6. Payments, Billing, and Refund Policy

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. Payment is due at checkout unless a payment plan is offered.

Refunds after 30 days will not be issued.
Chargebacks filed after the 30-day period will be disputed with proof of delivery and access.

Payment plans must be completed in full unless canceled within the 30-day window.

8. Use Restrictions

You agree not to:

  • Copy, reproduce, upload, or share Program materials or live-session content.

  • Use the Program or AI Assistant for unlawful or misleading purposes.
  • Provide competing education or dental content using our materials.

9. Intellectual Property

All Program content, including videos, text, graphics, routines, and Dr. Ellie’s Complete Mouth Care System, is protected by copyright and trademark law.

You may use the materials only for your personal learning. You may not reproduce or distribute them publicly. All rights are reserved.

 

10. AI Assistant and Privacy References

Your purchase includes one year of access to Dr. Ellie’s AI Assistant, which provides educational support based on Dr. Ellie’s materials.
The AI Assistant operates through OpenAI’s infrastructure.

Use of the AI Assistant is subject to its own [AI Assistant Terms of Service] and [Privacy Policy], which are incorporated into these Terms.

 

11. Privacy Policy Reference

By using the Program or AI Assistant, you agree to those policies.

 

12. Duration of Access

  • The AI Assistant.

After the first year, continued access to live sessions or the AI Assistant may require renewal or a separate subscription.
We may modify the format or frequency of live Q&A sessions while maintaining comparable educational value.

 

13. Availability and Changes

We aim to keep the Program accessible and up to date.
We may revise lessons, tools, or features to improve the experience.

We may update these Terms at any time. The latest version will always be posted on our website. Continued participation means you accept the updates.

 

14. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by Texas law, Dr. Ellie Phillips, her affiliates, and employees are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages resulting from your participation or reliance on Program information.

You use the Program and the AI Assistant at your own discretion and risk.

 

15. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Dr. Ellie Phillips, her affiliates, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of:

  • Your misuse of the Program or AI Assistant,
  • Your violation of these Terms, or
  • Your reliance on information provided through the Program.

16. Dispute Resolution

We value your satisfaction and aim to resolve issues quickly.

If unresolved, any dispute related to these Terms shall be handled exclusively in state or federal courts located in Travis County, Texas, under Texas law.
You consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.

 

17. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control, including internet outages, platform interruptions, natural disasters, or government restrictions.

 

18. Severability and Waiver

The rest remains effective if any part of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable.
Failure to enforce any right does not waive that right.

 

19. Entire Agreement

These Terms, the Program’s Privacy Policy, and the AI Assistant Terms represent the entire agreement between you and us regarding your participation in the Program.
They replace any prior discussions or understandings.
